ISO LEaser for Reg. Quarterhorse Gelding in Lake Cowichan, British Columbia for sale

I am looking for a leaser/experienced rider who would be interested in riding and spending time with my friendly, still learning, 5 year old quarterhorse at my location (Nanaimo River Road). Life circumstances do not allow enough free time for me and I would love to have someone enjoy him. My requirements are that you must be experienced, be a soft handed rider, and you will need to take one lesson per week with my awesome trainer, Deb Pawly, at your cost. I will maintain all other costs associated with his upkeep. My horse can be ridden western or english. He has had lots of experience on trails. There are trails off the back of the property where he is boarded. Tell me a little about yourself to see if you are a good fit. Must sign a waiver at his stable and have Horse Council. As he is a young horse, he is not suitable for kids or young riders.
